Archer Aviation wants to launch all-electric air taxi service in India in 2026 
The eVTOL vehicle statup has partnered with India’s travel and hospitality conglomerate InterGlobe Enterprises to launch an all-electric air taxi service in the country in 2026. The partnership plans to finance the purchase of up to 200 of Archer’s ‘Midnight’ aircraft. India, with its growing middle class, congestion, and pollution challenges presents a massive opportunity. But does the well capitalized startup risk taking its eye off the prize in the US?
